Summary of the service on offer

Practical advice and/or practical action may be what your organisation requires to ensure you remain within employment legislation. We can either supply advice by telephone, email or by visiting you personally using a monthly maintenance programme.

The mostly commonly used programmes are detailed below, however, other options are available such as 2 hours per month or 4 hours quarterly etc. depending on your companies requirements. Once we have completed the Audit and rectified any areas of weakness in your organisation, we generally find that 4 hours per month is sufficient for companies with less than 100 employees. The telephone advice line gives you confidence and security to deal with most issues that may arise in your organisation.
