Our initial audit will determine where you are with policy, procedure and all the new legislation.

	Analysing your needs will ensure you are fully compliant with the legislation; positively energising your policies will create a harmonious and professional employee/employer working relationship; optimising the opportunities will meet the market place competition; realising the needs of
your customer, business and employees will add value to your bottom line.

A summary of our findings and recommendations will be sent to you within 2 weeks of the completion of the Audit. You may then choose to use our monthly maintenance programme to rectify or update any policies and procedures. Alternatively, we can simply do a one off project to ensure you are legally compliant.

An audit of your existing employee personal files – that job which is difficult to fit into the daily operational routine - will ensure you meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act.

This once a year job is difficult to fit into most organisations’ daily routine whether you have a Human Resources Management Team or not. We can help you decide what you would like to see in your employee personal files and then monitor and review these annually. All material not essential would be destroyed or archived as appropriate.

If your organisation is within 100 miles return of Milton Keynes, we will do the audit in person. If you are outside this boundary, we will ask you to send us a sample of your contracts/policies and procedures and we will return them to you with our report.
