About Us

Cathy Tompkins
	Cathy is Managing Director of the Company and has over 30 years Operational and HR Management experience in a broad range of industries from FTSE listed blue chip organisations to small independent entrepreneurial companies. She has worked predominantly in retail, leisure, distribution and the service industries and more recently in the public and not for profit sectors. Cathy will visit clients regularly to ensure that the service standards are met and that the business requirements achieve the planned results.

Denise Farrell
	I have been an HR & Training professional for 25 years, during which time I have enjoyed playing a key role in Change Management projects, from organisational and structural change through to cultural change and re-branding programmes. I have a keen interest in coaching, training and developing people to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Emma Blair
	A qualified senior HR professional with over 10 years experience working with senior management teams in implementing HR strategy, supporting business growth and change. Emma’s broad range of industry experience and extensive knowledge of employment legislation will ensure that she delivers successful outcomes in all employee relations issues and training and development.
Lee Goreham
	Enthusiastic and resourceful Business Partner with a Generalist HR background. Has experience in Industrial and Employee Relations, Organisational restructure & cultural development and training, covering both the food manufacturing and service industries at multiple sites. Someone who is innovative, analytical, business focused, able to create a vision and set strategic direction. Has a persuasive style and can relate easily with a wide variety of people both at junior and senior level. Is able to develop and manage own projects in line with time framed business requirements. Lynn Sneddon
	Highly adaptable HR & Training professional with over 15 years operational and HR management experience in a wide variety of industries predominantly within retail sector and engineering. Throughout her career she has been involved in numerous change programmes and lead change projects. She has knowledge and experience in both the development and delivery of training programmes and enjoys supporting business through growth, restructure and development.
