Alison Pointer
	With over 20 years experience operational management experience in the public sector, particularly in finance, Alison, as Company Secretary, will be your main contact by telephone. She has excellent administration, planning, organisational, IT and presentation skills and will help you to navigate our web site and book any appointments. Alison will also assist with Company audits and policies and procedure development.
Cathy Tompkins
	Cathy is Managing Director of the Company and has over 30 years Operational and HR Management experience in a broad range of industries from FTSE listed blue chip organisations to small independent entrepreneurial companies. She has worked predominantly in retail, leisure, distribution and the service industries and more recently in the public and not for profit sectors. Cathy will visit clients regularly to ensure that the service standards are met and that the business requirements achieve the planned results.

	With more than 20 years experience and knowledge working in HR for FTSE Global organisations, Carole brings sound analytical skills, a competent knowledge of the French language and levels A & B Psychometric Testing to our team. Carole will assist us with HR Audit and Policy and Procedures development at UK and European levels as these are among her specialities.
Emma Blair
	A qualified senior HR professional with over 10 years experience working with senior management teams in implementing HR strategy, supporting business growth and change. Emma’s broad range of industry experience and extensive knowledge of employment legislation will ensure that she delivers successful outcomes in all employee relations issues and training and development.
Brian Kavanagh
	A very knowledgeable and experienced Employment Law and Training professional. By sharing his experiences, Brian can give all training programmes the practical touch which helps the delegate understand the why, the how and the who. Brian's speciality is combining his knowledge of employment legislation with his operational experience to provide supervisors and managers with the skills and knowledge they need to manage their teams within the law as well as effectively.
