Cathy is Managing Director of the Company and has over 30 years Operational and HR Management experience in a broad range of industries from FTSE listed blue chip organisations to small independent entrepreneurial companies. She has worked predominantly in retail, leisure, distribution and the service industries and more recently in the public and not for profit sectors. Cathy will visit clients regularly to ensure that the service standards are met and that the business requirements achieve the planned results.
